Order Processing Time

Each quilt kit is made and packaged with precision. Please allow:

• 2–4 business days for order processing

• During seasonal launches, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days due to high order volume

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

Typical options include:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

• Express Shipping (1–2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Preorders & Seasonal Collections

Some kits—especially limited-edition seasonal drops—may be sold as preorders. If so:

• Estimated ship dates will be clearly listed on the product page

• Preorder items and in-stock items in the same order will ship together unless otherwise noted

• If you want in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders

Shipping Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you catch an address error, email us within 12 hours of ordering so we can attempt to correct it before shipping.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If your order appears lost:

• Confirm with neighbors or household members

• Check alternate delivery locations

• Wait 24–48 hours for potential delayed scanning

If your package still hasn’t arrived, email us and we will help open a claim with the carrier.

Replacements for stolen packages are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available, but we hope to offer it in the future.
