At The Threadmark, each quilt kit is created with thoughtful design, premium materials, and limited seasonal availability. We want every customer to feel proud, inspired, and confident in their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our quilt kits are produced in limited quantities and contain custom-cut fabrics, patterns, and specialty materials, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
However, we absolutely want you to love your kit. We will gladly address any issues that fall under the categories below.
Eligible Return Situations
We will replace or refund an item if:

You received the wrong item

An item arrived damaged (fabric, pattern, or packaging)

A component is missing (e.g., pattern pages, pieces of fabric, notions included in the kit)
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll take care of it promptly.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or partially used quilt kits

Fabric that has been cut or altered

Digital patterns

Discounted, clearance, or seasonal launch items
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please reach out. We’ll help investigate with the carrier, though replacements for stolen packages are not guaranteed.
